These gummies taste pretty awful. The suggested serving is 3 and I've taken up to 9 at a time and never noticed any difference in feeling calm or relaxed. I gave 4 stars because at least it didn't make me feel bad but I personally can't recommend them since they didn't do anything and taste gross.
