As advertised, these gummies are vegan and contain essential nutrients like A, C, D, B-Complex (B3, B5, B6, B12), Biotin, and Zinc. This is my second LIVS product, following their probiotic.Similar to the probiotic, this LIVS Multivitamin is tasty, especially considering it’s a vitamin. Surprisingly, the gummy is surprisingly soft. We’ve bought several gummy vitamins that are stale or hard, so we were pleasantly surprised by this one. Both my son and I tried it, and we had the same positive impression. My son can take it because it’s dairy-free, as he has a milk protein allergy. Many medications and supplements use milk proteins as binders, so this is a significant advantage for us.I also like that this multivitamin includes biotin and zinc. I did some research and found that the company is based in Florida. This gives me peace of mind. Now, most of our vitamins and supplements, including major brands, come from China, where there are less stringent manufacturing regulations. For instance, approximately 90 percent of our vitamin C comes from China. However, this company seems to prioritize using natural and high-quality ingredients, so I feel confident about taking their product.At the time of my review, in June 2026, the cost of this multivitamin (30 daily doses) is $19.99. Compared to other vegan and sugar-free gummy multivitamins I’ve researched, this seems to be a reasonable price.

I also like the taste and texture, they taste like natural vitamins. However, I was not abel to find where they are made or sourced the ingreadints from which usually means China.
